Shipping and Return Policy
We accept Visa and Mastercard as valid forms of payment. All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include taxes and RRFB bottle deposit.
If you require modifications to your order after it has been placed, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org or (306) 747-1343. If the order has not already been shipped, we will do our best to accommodate the modification.
At this time, orders placed through our website can only be shipped within Canada but not to the provinces of Quebec, New Brunswick or Newfoundland.
All orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel™ within two business days of being received.
As noted in our Store section of the website, orders will only be shipped to individuals age 19 or older (age 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec, although we are not able to ship to Quebec at this time). Canada Post will require proof of age and your signature before releasing the package.
If you are not available to receive the parcel when it arrives at the requested delivery address, Canada Post will leave a Delivery Notice Card and the parcel will be redirected to the nearest Canada Post location for pickup. A second notice will be provided by Canada Post. The parcel will be returned to the winery if not picked up within 15 days of initial notification.
As noted above, Canada Post will require proof of age and your signature before releasing the package.

RECEIPT OF DAMAGED GOODS
Note from Anne: I think I need to call the post office about this. I know from reading the information that only us as the sender can put in a claim, but I don’t know without signing into Canada Post if the customer is supposed to refuse delivery.
